Unless you have pre-purchased additional registered or Express shipping options we are unable to track your parcel.

If you are unhappy with our nail wraps, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days upon receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that the return item(s) must be in its original packaging - unopened and not damage.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable. If you wish to return any item(s), kindly email us at support@personail.com beforehand.

Soak your fingers in warm water for 5-10 minutes and add a few drops of oil (coconut, olive or cuticle) under the wraps.

Gently massage and slowly peel the nail wraps away from the cuticle
Once the nail wraps have been removed wash your hands with soap to remove any sticky residue

OR alternatively use nail polish remover to remove nail wraps

Peel off nail wrap without soaking it in warm water and applying oi
Peel them of roughly or in a fast motion as the adhesive might not have softened completely resulting in damaged nails!

With proper application. Our Fast Glass Top Coat last up to 14 days when used on top of our nail wraps and up to 3 weeks with our Gel Top Coat (requires a UV Lamp to cure)

Few things to keep in mind before applying them our nail wraps.

1. Start with clean dry hands, any oil or cream applied prior application of wraps may effect lasting results

2. Natural nails with smooth surface requires buffing for nail wrap to adhere better.

3. Select a smaller size if you are in between sizes. When nail wrap touches the skin the oils of it will take it off

4. Don't apply Nail Wrap too close to cuticle or it will catch onto things and will ultimately come off

3. Apply our Fast Glass Top Coat - other brands will have adverse effects especially any fast drying ones which will make our nail wraps crack or shrink.

If you keep our wraps sealed in the foil bag, they will not expire.

However, if you've already opened a nail wrap and want to store it more effectively.

Put it back in the foil bag and in a drawer. If any opened nail wraps become hard and stiff, you can revive it by using our hair dryer technique on a low warm setting to gently heat the wrap for easy application.
