Lost Mail
If you added Shipping Protection to your order, you're covered for any parcels that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Without Shipping Protection, we’re unable to cover missing or untracked parcels—so we always recommend ticking that box at checkout for peace of mind.
Returns
We offer a 14-day refund policy for orders that arrive broken or faulty in undamaged packaging. In these cases, we’ll either send you a free replacement or issue a store credit for the faulty item.

Express Shipping
Express shipping by Aus Pos is no longer guaranteeing next day delivery. They are however, still prioritising Express Post over Standard. With an additional 1-2 days delay on your order.
No refunds will be given for Express post parcels that do not arrive as expected due to circumstances that are beyond our control. We will update this page as the situation changes
Free Local Pick Up
You’re welcome to collect it from our studio at 53 Andover Street, Carlton NSW 2218, between Monday to Friday, 11am–4pm.Just select "Pick Up" at checkout, and once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you an email to lock in a day and time that works for you. Keep an eye on your inbox!
