We want you to love your Personail nails. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day return window. This means you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

Nail wraps must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Items must be in the same condition you received them

Proof of purchase is required
Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit only.
Store credit does not expire.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Opened Nail Wraps
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail wraps.
However, if you experience issues with application, wear, or performance, please contact us. We are committed to helping you get the best results.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@personail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different design, you can return eligible unopened items for store credit, then place a new order.
