Refund policy

If you are unhappy with our nail wraps, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days upon receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that the return item(s) must be in its original packaging, unopened and not damage. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. If you wish to return any item(s), kindly email us at support@personail.com beforehand so we are made aware of your issue.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@personail.com and send your item to: PO BOX 466 Sans Souci New South Wales AU 2219.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
